The 5th International Conference on Energy, Power and Electrical Engineering (EPEE 2025) was successfully held in Hangzhou from September 19th to 21st, 2025. Sponsored By Hangzhou Dianzi University, the conference was jointly organized by the Institute of Carbon Neutrality and New Energy and the Academic Exchange Information Center (AEIC). It also received support from Chang'an University, the School of Biological and Chemical Engineering / Sino-Australian Institute for Advanced Materials and Manufacturing at Jiaxing University, the Hubei Key Laboratory of Low-Dimensional Photoelectric Materials and Devices at Hubei University of Arts and Science, and Sheneng Technology (Shaoxing) Co., Ltd., among other institutions.

9月19日至21日,第五届能源、动力与电气工程国际学术会议(EPEE 2025)在杭州隆重召开。本次会议由杭州电子科技大学主办,杭州电子科技大学碳中和新能源研究院、AEIC学术交流中心联合承办,并获得了长安大学、嘉兴大学生物与化学工程学院/中澳先进材料与制造研究院、湖北文理学院低维光电材料与器件湖北省重点实验室、生能科技(绍兴)有限公司等单位的支持。


Focusing on the technological frontiers of energy, power, and electrical engineering, the conference featured key topics such as smart energy, energy storage technology, power artificial intelligence, electric motor systems, and energy and power engineering. The event facilitated in-depth exchanges on innovation trends and development pathways through 6 plenary reports, 18 oral presentations by young scholars, and 41 poster presentations, attracting over 150 experts and scholars to participate both online and offline.

大会聚焦能源、动力与电气工程科技前沿,设立智能能源、储能技术、电力人工智能、电机系统、能源动力工程等重点议题,通过6场主旨报告、18场青年学者口头报告及41组海报展示,吸引150余位专家学者线上线下参与,深入交流创新趋势与发展路径。

The conference opening ceremony began with a welcome speech by Conference Chair, Professor Wensheng Yan from Hangzhou Dianzi University. He emphasized the significant importance of deepening research in energy, power, and electrical engineering against the backdrop of global energy transition and carbon neutrality goals. Professor Yan also called for enhanced interdisciplinary collaboration and industry-academia-research integration to jointly advance technological innovation and engineering applications in the energy and power sector.

会议开幕式由大会主席、杭州电子科技大学严文生教授致辞。他指出,在全球能源转型与碳中和目标背景下,深化能源动力与电气工程研究具有重要意义,并呼吁加强跨学科协作与产学研融合,共同推动能源电力领域的技术创新与工程应用。

The conference featured high-level academic presentations by several national-level high-caliber experts. Prof. Mo-Yuen Chow from Shanghai Jiao Tong University presented on "Smart Synergy: Collaborative Control of Distributed Energy Resources with Dynamic Energy Management System." Prof. Zhenbin Zhang from Shandong University shared research findings on "Generalized Optimal Pulse Pattern and Predictive Control for High Power Converter Clusters." Prof. Chen Chen from Xi'an Jiaotong University explored "Enhancing Distribution System Resilience: A Cyber-physical Coordination Perspective." Prof. Yiming Zhang from Fuzhou University presented on "Misalignment Tolerance of Electric Vehicle Wireless Charging System." Additionally, Prof. Zaifang  Li from Jiaxing University showcased "Preparation of High-Conductivity PEDOT Electrodes and Their Applications in Electronic and Energy Devicess." while Prof. Mingbo Niu from Chang'an University introduced "Development and Exploration of a New Collaborative Energy System Powered by Electric Vehicles."

多位国家级高层次人才专家带来高水平学术报告。上海交通大学周武元教授作了题为《智能协同:分布式能源资源的协作控制与动态能源管理系统》的报告;山东大学张祯滨教授分享了《大功率电能变换集群的广义最优调制与大信号预测控制》的研究成果;西安交通大学陈晨教授探讨了《从信息-物理协同视角看配电系统弹性提升》;福州大学张艺明教授作了《电动汽车无线充电系统的抗位置偏移技术》的报告。此外,嘉兴大学李在房教授展示了《高导PEDOT电极的制备及在电子器件和能源器件上的应用》,长安大学牛明博教授则介绍了《电动车助力的多主体协同新型能源系统发展与探索》。

During the afternoon parallel sessions, 18 presenters reported their latest research findings on cutting-edge areas, including lithium battery health prediction, sensor calibration, thermal design of nuclear reactors, hydrogen storage catalysts, rock-breaking mechanisms, eco-friendly insulating gases, distribution network assessment, electrocatalytic water splitting, and multi-port converters, demonstrating the innovative vitality of young researchers in China.

下午的分会场报告中,18位报告人围绕锂电池健康预测、传感器校准、核反应堆热工设计、储氢催化剂、破岩机理、环保绝缘气体、配电网评估、电催化水分解、多端口变换器等前沿方向汇报研究成果,展现了我国青年科研人员的创新活力。

The conference concluded with a closing ceremony where six awards were presented, including the Best Paper Award, Best Oral Presentation Award, and Best Poster Award. Professor Yan Wensheng presented the awards to the recipients. These awards not only recognized outstanding academic work but also reflected the conference's core philosophy of "Innovation-Driven Development," effectively encouraging scholars to continue exploring cutting-edge research.

会议闭幕式上颁发了最佳论文奖、最佳口头报告奖和最佳海报奖共六项,严文生教授为获奖代表颁奖。这些奖项不仅是对优秀学术工作的认可,也体现了会议“创新驱动发展”的核心理念,有效激励学者持续探索前沿。

EPEE 2025 provided a high-level platform for scholars in the field to exchange ideas, promoting deep integration of industry, academia, and research, as well as international cooperation. The conference holds positive significance for advancing technological innovation and industrial development in energy, power, and electrical engineering.

EPEE 2025为领域内学者提供了高水平的交流平台,促进了产学研深度融合与国际合作,对推动能源、动力与电气工程科技创新与产业发展具有积极意义。
