Special Session 1

专题:Topology, Modulation and Control Techniques for Inverters

Topology, Modulation and Control Techniques for Inverters

To achieve carbon neutrality, the development and application of renewable energy power generation and transportation electrification are becoming increasingly widespread, making power electronics technology, especially inverter modeling and control, increasingly important. Inverter (frequency converter) modeling and control technology is one of the key core technologies behind grid-connected and motor drive industries. Inverter topologies include voltage source and current source types and can operate in grid-following, grid-forming, and off-grid modes. In the motor drive applications, the inverter topology is the same as that of grid-connected inverters; although the control objectives and algorithms differ, they can still be mutually beneficial. This session focuses on innovative technologies in inverter topology, modulation, and control to better serve the grid-connected, off-grid, and motor drive industries.
